MPM has been fortunate to being able to work very closely with its customers and end-users, almost from day one. We believe in listening closely and responding to our customers needs, and have focused on doing so during technology and product development and qualification phases. As our meters started coming into operation, this might be even more important, as the best way to ensure that our goals of successful implementation and use are met.
